Material requirements:
1. Welder protective gloves are generally made of natural leather and various linings.
Outer layer: natural leather such as cow split leather, cow head leather, pigskin, sheepskin, etc.
Inner layer: thickened lining, pure cotton lining, cotton lining, denim lining, etc.
2. The first-grade leather body is uniform in thickness, plump, soft and elastic, and the leather velvet is fine, well-proportioned, firm and of all shades of color. No greasy feeling; the second-grade leather body lacks fullness and elasticity, the leather surface has thick velvet, and the color is slightly darker. Leather and canvas thickness should comply with regulations.
4. Mechanical properties should comply with regulations. The leather used for the palm and back of the hand should be soft, strong, and of moderate thickness. Leather for sleeves should be slightly stretchy.
5. Chemical properties should comply with regulations.
6. No metal parts should be connected between the exterior and interior materials of the gloves to prevent electrical conduction.

Classification
Welder protective gloves are divided into two types according to their performance.
Category A: Low agility (with higher other properties)
Category B: High agility (with lower other properties)

The seams between the palm and back of the welder's gloves should be lined with leather strips. Chrome-tanned cowhide or pigskin should be used for strip leather. The edge leather and additional lining leather should be made of the same leather as the palm and back of the hand. Increase the width of the lining leather to more than 15mm;
2. Sewing: The hand shape should be straight, the stitches should be straight and flat, the stitches should be evenly spaced, and the stitches should be moderately tight. If a broken needle, continuous missed stitches or skipped stitches are found, re-stitch or remove the defective stitch and sew again.

Marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements
1. There should be durability product marks around the mouth of the glove barrel.
2. Welding gloves are put into paper bags or plastic bags in units of pairs, and each bag should be accompanied by a product certificate. Then put the paper bag or plastic bag into a hard packaging box, and each box should be accompanied by product instructions.
There should be no mildew or oil stains. The packaging box should be clean, strong, dry and suitable for long-distance transportation.
