1. Preparation of latex: Latex gloves are derived from natural latex. Not 100% pure. the reason is. 2. Clean hand molds: Producers make gloves from ceramic molds. The first thing to do is wash the hand mold with water and bleach. Make sure the hand mold is free of residue from previous production processes. The hand molds are then dipped in a chemical solution containing calcium carbonate and nitrates. Make latex bond better.

3. Latex dipping: when the hand mold is ready. The manufacturer will dip it into a container filled with latex. The length of time the handform is submerged in the pool depends on the thickness required for the glove production.

4. Vulcanized rubber: enter the oven to dry and cure the hand mold. Make sure the rubber doesn't crack during drying. The vulcanization process of latex rubber is very critical.

5. Glove extraction: This process dips the glove into a pool of water. Remove excess latex protein. to reduce the risk of allergies. Improves glove feel.

6. Rolled cuff: when the glove extraction process is completed. The glove cuffs will be rolled up. thereby facilitating extraction.

7. Spray: If there is powder in the glove. It will be put into the wet grain starch slurry. The manufacturer then dries the gloves again.

8. Chlorinated or polymer coated gloves: if powder free. alternative processes may be used. for easy wearing. One is chlorination. Prevent latex from sticking. The second is to coat with polymer. Smooth the surface. Both of these methods can reduce the chance of protein allergies.

9. Unloading gloves: When the gloves are made, the workers take off the gloves from the hand mold.
