When using PU finger-coated gloves, you need to pay attention to the following six aspects

1. There are many varieties of PU finger-coated gloves, which should be selected according to the protective function. First of all, the protection object should be clearly defined, and then carefully selected. Such as acid and alkali resistant gloves, there are strong acid (alkali) resistance, there are only low concentration of acid (alkali) resistance, solvent and chemical reagents are different. Therefore, it cannot be used indiscriminately to avoid accidents.

2. Waterproof, acid and alkali resistant gloves should be carefully checked before use to observe whether the surface is damaged, the simple way to take is to blow air into the glove, pinch the sleeve with your hand, and observe whether it is leaking. Do not use if air leaks.

3. Rubber, plastic and other protective gloves should be washed and dried after use, avoid high temperature when stored, and sprinkle talc on the product to prevent adhesion.

4. PU finger-coated gloves should be regularly tested for electrical insulation performance, and those that do not meet the requirements cannot be used.

5. Contact with strong oxidizing acids such as nitric acid, chromic acid, etc., due to strong oxidation will cause the product brittle, discoloration, early damage. High concentration of strong oxidizing acid can even cause burning, should pay attention to observation.

6. Rubber industrial gloves are only suitable for weak acids, sulfuric acid and various salts with low concentration, and must not be in contact with strong oxidizing acids (nitric acid, etc.).
