In accordance with national statutory holidays and in conjunction with our company's work schedule, we would like to inform you of our 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday arrangements as follows:
I. Holiday Schedule
From October 1 (Tuesday) to October 8 (Tuesday), 2025, we will be closed for a total of 8 days.
II. Service Arrangement Reminders
To ensure service continuity during the holiday, please take note of the following arrangements:
Pre-holiday Business Processing: To ensure smooth business operations, please be sure to contact us in advance so that we can properly handle your related matters before the holidays.
Holiday Emergency Contact: During the holiday, we will have dedicated staff on duty to handle emergency matters. In case of extreme emergencies, please contact your dedicated account manager via their mobile phone number, and we will respond promptly.
Normal Operation After the Holidays: Starting October 9th (Wednesday), we will resume normal operations and strive to provide you with efficient and high-quality service.
