DDSAFETY, a trusted manufacturer of high-performance protective solutions for controlled containment environments, officially launches the DHL988 White EPDM Isolator Gloves, engineered to meet stringent barrier requirements for isolator systems, gloveboxes, and classified cleanroom operations.
Constructed from high-grade EPDM elastomer with an unlined substrate and rolled cuff geometry, the DHL988 delivers superior chemical resistance alongside optimized dexterity and tactile sensitivity. With a nominal dimension of 800 mm length and 330 mm width, the extended sleeve design provides full forearm coverage to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination during critical material handling within enclosed containment equipment.
The glove suite is fully validated against internationally recognized performance standards: EN 388 (mechanical protection), EN 374-1/-5 (chemical and micro-organism resistance), EN 421 (protection against radioactive contamination), and EN 21420 (general requirements for protective gloves). The multi-standard certification qualifies this product for use in pharmaceutical aseptic processing, biotech laboratories, nuclear handling facilities, sterile medical manufacturing, and other high-containment controlled environments.
For contamination control in logistics and storage, each unit is individually vacuum-sealed. The standard packing configuration is 20 pieces per export carton. Four size options (7, 8, 9, 10) are offered, with matched vacuum bag and outer carton dimensions for each specification to streamline warehouse management and global shipment.
